Brassica, also known as ornamental cabbage or kale. Brassica plants are known for their stunning rosette-shaped leaves that come in a variety of vibrant colors, including shades of purple, green, and white. While Brassica doesn't have a strong scent, its colorful foliage adds an eye-catching element to floral arrangements.
