Delivery Coverage

Reemflora delivers products across the United Arab Emirates, subject to delivery availability, minimum order values, product type, delivery area and operational capacity.

Deliveries are handled by our own fleet and, where required, by trusted third-party couriers or logistics partners.

Delivery availability, delivery fees, minimum order values and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the Emirate, area, product type, order value, delivery option selected and any special delivery requirements shown at checkout.

Delivery fees and minimum order values are subject to change and the final applicable amount will be shown at checkout where technically available.

Dubai Delivery

Shipping fees in Dubai are calculated based on order value.

Dubai delivery charges are capped at a maximum of AED 45 for standard eligible orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout or excluded due to special delivery requirements.

Free delivery may apply to eligible Dubai orders of AED 200 and above, unless otherwise stated at checkout or excluded due to special delivery requirements, subscription terms, express delivery, third-party courier requirements or remote-area charges.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available only for eligible products, delivery areas and order times.

Orders placed after the applicable same-day delivery cut-off time may be delivered on the following business day or the next available delivery date.

Same-day delivery availability may be limited during peak periods, public holidays, special occasions, stock shortages, weather disruptions or high-demand periods.

Same-day delivery does not guarantee delivery at an exact time unless a specific eligible paid delivery service has been selected and accepted by Reemflora.

90-Minute Express Delivery

Selected products may be eligible for Reemflora's 90-Minute Express Delivery service.

The 90-minute delivery commitment begins once payment has been successfully authorised, the order has been accepted by Reemflora and the order is eligible for express fulfilment.

Express Delivery is available only in eligible delivery areas and during eligible operating hours shown on the website or at checkout.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet the advertised delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside Reemflora's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • traffic congestion, accidents or road closures;
  • severe weather conditions;
  • government restrictions, police checkpoints or emergency situations;
  • building access delays, security restrictions or parking limitations;
  • recipient unavailability or inability to contact the recipient;
  • incorrect, incomplete or mismatched delivery information;
  • payment verification delays or fraud screening;
  • technology, mapping, system or communication outages;
  • third-party courier, logistics or delivery partner failures; and
  • force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where delays arise from circumstances outside Reemflora's reasonable control, the 90-minute delivery guarantee will not apply.

Express Delivery fees are non-refundable once fulfilment, preparation, dispatch or courier assignment has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Subscription Deliveries

Flower subscription deliveries are currently available only within Dubai.

At the moment, delivery for eligible Dubai subscription orders is free of charge.

Subscription delivery is not currently available in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain or special delivery areas.

If a subscription order is placed for an address outside Dubai, we may contact the customer to amend the order, change the delivery address, convert the order to a standard delivery order where possible, or cancel and refund the order.

Subscription delivery availability, frequency, delivery days and delivery charges may change in the future. Any changes will be shown on the website or communicated to affected customers where required.

Home Floral Styling Service

Where a Home Floral Styling Service has been purchased, Reemflora will arrange for a professional florist to visit the customer's residence to style and place selected flowers.

The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time, including any building access, parking, security approval, lift access or entry permission required.

The Home Floral Styling Service includes:

  • professional florist home visit;
  • styling and placement of selected flowers;
  • final presentation and finishing touches;
  • care and placement guidance; and
  • approximately one setup hour per 100 flowers purchased.

The Home Floral Styling Service does not include:

  • additional flowers;
  • vases, props, stands or display equipment unless purchased separately;
  • furniture moving or room preparation;
  • event installations or venue styling; or
  • additional setup time beyond the purchased service allocation.

If access is unavailable, delayed or restricted, additional charges may apply and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Additional time, materials, labour, flowers or styling requests beyond the purchased service may be charged separately.

Special Delivery Areas

Some areas require additional delivery arrangements and may carry extra charges. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Nahwa;
  • Madha;
  • Kalba; and
  • Khor Fakkan.

Additional charges, delivery restrictions or delivery timing limitations may apply to these areas.

Where a special delivery area requires additional payment, revised timing or manual confirmation, Reemflora may contact the customer before dispatch.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address, Emirate, area, recipient name and recipient contact number.

Orders with incorrect, incomplete or mismatched address details may be delayed, amended, cancelled or subject to additional delivery charges.

Examples include:

  • selecting Dubai while entering an address in another Emirate;
  • entering an incomplete villa, apartment, office or building address;
  • providing an incorrect recipient phone number; or
  • selecting a delivery area that does not match the actual address.

If an order is placed using an incorrect Emirate, area or delivery zone, we may contact the customer to collect any additional delivery charges, amend the order, delay dispatch or cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.

Address Changes After Dispatch

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched or is out for delivery, delivery address changes may not be possible.

Where address changes can be accommodated, additional charges and delivery delays may apply.

If the new address is outside the original delivery area, Emirate or delivery zone selected at checkout, Reemflora may request additional delivery fees or decline the address change.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, peak seasons, public holidays, recipient availability, building access, operational capacity, courier availability or circumstances outside our control.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing or selected as an eligible paid service, delivery time slots and estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed exact delivery times.

Peak Delivery Periods

During busy periods, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, Christmas, New Year and other high-demand occasions, delivery times may be extended.

During peak delivery periods, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and orders are fulfilled on a best-efforts basis within the selected delivery date where operationally possible.

Cut-off times, delivery availability, delivery fees and amendment rules may be stricter during peak periods.

Proof of Delivery

Where appropriate, Reemflora may record delivery confirmation, delivery photographs, recipient acknowledgement, courier confirmation, GPS confirmation or other proof of delivery for quality assurance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.

Proof of delivery records may be used to confirm that an order was delivered, handed over, attempted or refused.

Failed Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we may attempt to contact the customer or recipient.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

If a recipient refuses delivery, the order may be considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for refund due to the perishable nature of flowers and gifting products, except where required by applicable law.

Once an order has been handed to the recipient, household member, receptionist, concierge, security desk, office colleague, building staff or another person reasonably believed to be authorised to receive it, the order will be considered delivered.

We are not responsible for failed, delayed or incorrect delivery caused by inaccurate customer information, recipient unavailability, access restrictions, refusal to accept the order, or failure to respond to delivery calls or messages.
